Ali structured this workshop so that it felt super on brand for Métier — it took the form of an “anti-salesy” sales training. It allowed the team the space to reflect and discuss how to dial in communication skills, delivery tips and even simple but effective improv skills. Ultimately Ali helped the team in defining our “WHY” which really grounded us and set the stage for more productive and honest conversations with clients and with each other.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

Using my education in psychology, training as an ACC Certified life and breathwork coach, 14+ years of experience in the marketing industry, and knowledge as a small business owner, I have developed coaching practices to help employees and companies thrive.

Why? Because I’ve been there. While I found success throughout my career in marketing, I also found myself constantly dealing with burnout and anxiety and was  lacking the support and resources to help me cope, resulting in frustration, a decrease in productivity, and becoming disengaged with my professional relationships and responsibilities. 

When I started to prioritize my personal wellness and emotional intelligence skills as much as my professional performance, I quickly realized that I was able to reduce stress, restore my energy, and add more value as an effective leader, teammate, and individual in the workplace. 

When organizations invest in emotional intelligence, they don’t just support well-being—they strengthen performance, leadership, and impact.
