WHY WORK WITH ME?
I’m an ICF ACC-certified coach, breathwork practitioner, and psychology-trained facilitator with more than 14 years of experience in high-pressure industries including fashion, finance, beauty, and media.
I know firsthand the toll of burnout and disconnection—and the shift that comes from prioritizing emotional intelligence alongside performance. When I made that shift, I reduced stress, restored my energy, and became a more effective leader, teammate, and collaborator.
